Mandarin Ducks

The Mandarin Duck is both sociable and beautiful, making it the perfect duck for any collector’s pond. These birds mix quite well with other waterfowl. They require a minimum of 8 inches to a foot of water. Mandarins are omnivorous, and love to find snails, bugs, even small fish in their enclosures! Captivity diet will mainly consist of game bird pellet, along with plenty of greens or grass. 

Our Mandarin Ducks are not pinioned. Clipped wings are available at an additional $2.50 per bird and the trimming can last four to six months.
